DentalKart Careers at DentalKart Senior Product Manager – AI/GenAI Products Product Management Location DentalKart Head Office, Chhatarpur, New Delhi Reports To Head of Product / CPO Function Product Management, with a focus on Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based systems Experience 5–7 years, with at least 1–2 years on GenAI/LLM-based features ABOUT THE ROLE DentalKart is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale AI-first product initiatives — from 0-to-1 builds to optimizing existing GenAI-powered workflows. This is a role at the intersection of product strategy, LLM/agentic system design, and cross-functional execution, and we need someone who can translate DentalKart's business goals into measurable, AI-enabled product outcomes rather than just shipping features for their own sake. You will be the owner of the AI product roadmap end-to-end — sharp enough to scope the right problem, and rigorous enough to prove it moved a real metric before calling it done. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • End-to-end AI product strategy: Owning the roadmap for AI/GenAI-driven features — from problem discovery through launch and iteration — rather than just executing a backlog handed to you. • Conversational and agentic system design: Designing and scoping Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG-based retrieval, or recommendation systems that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, or revenue. • PRDs and engineering partnership: Writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and working closely with engineering to reduce ambiguity and back-and-forth. • Metrics and experimentation: Defining and tracking North Star and supporting metrics (accuracy, CSAT, resolution time, retention, conversion), and running A/B tests to validate hypotheses before full rollout. • Cross-functional alignment: Partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Ops to align the roadmap with DentalKart's business OKRs. • Stakeholder and escalation management: Managing stakeholder relationships across enterprise clients or internal business units, including escalation handling. • LLM evaluation and guardrails: Building or overseeing LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt versioning, and guardrail design where applicable. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 5–7 years of Product Management experience, with at least 1–2 years working directly on GenAI/LLM-based features (chatbots, voice agents, recommendation engines, or automation tools). • Proven track record of shipping products that moved a clear metric — resolution time, CSAT, retention, revenue, or cost savings. • Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, and system design with engineering teams, even if not hands-on coding. • Experience writing PRDs and driving cross-functional delivery in an agile environment. • Bachelor's/Master's from a top-tier institute preferred. • Prior experience at a high-growth product company preferred. GOOD TO HAVE • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Tableau/Power BI. • Familiarity with GenAI tooling (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Lovable, Kiro) for rapid prototyping. • Experience managing or working closely with cross-functional PODs members.
