Full Stack Engineer

• Solution Architecture & System Design

Design scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures to support business requirements.

Evaluate technical approaches and recommend solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical designs and implementation strategies.

Ensure solutions align with coding standards, architectural guidelines, and maintainability best practices.

• Full Stack Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable web

applications.

Take ownership of both the front end and back-end development, ensuring smooth

integration between the two.

Participate in feature estimation, technical design discussions, and release planning to ensure timely delivery.

• Front-End Development

Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using modern web technologies

such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

Ensure intuitive user experience across different devices and platforms.

• Back-End Development

Design and implement robust server-side applications using Python, Java, or Node.js.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with databases and third-party services to support application functionality.

Optimize API performance and ensure scalability for high-volume requests.

• Database Management

Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and improve database performance.

Ensure data integrity and performance in SQL databases; basic familiarity with NoSQL

databases is expected.

• Testing & Debugging

Write unit tests, perform integration testing, and conduct debugging to ensure reliability

and stability of the software.

Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues proactively.

Troubleshoot production issues through log analysis, debugging, and root cause investigation.

• Code Review & Collaboration

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide feedback.

Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to define technical

requirements, identify solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

• Technical Documentation

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API

specifications, and user guides.

Document coding standards, best practices, and development processes for reference.

• Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and

technology.

Continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to improve software

development processes and practices

Proactively identify opportunities to improve application performance, code quality, and development workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience in full stack development (front-end and back-end).

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

Experience in back-end development with Python, Java, Node.js (Django, Spring, Express

a plus).

Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.

Deep understanding of SQL databases (and basic understanding of NoSQL).

Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.

Knowledge of web security best practices and implementation experience.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about learning and adopting new technologies .
