Enterprise Bot
Demand Generation and Growth Manager
Skills
Job description
Enterprise Bot is the leading provider of GenAI, Conversational AI and automation software, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
Our intelligent virtual assistants and automation tools help companies increase efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in industries such as banking, insurance, and logistics. Our mission is to become the world's leading provider of AI-powered automation software within the next five years.
We work with leading companies such as SIX Group (Swiss Stock Exchange), SWICA, Generali and others to improve customer interactions and automate business processes using our state-of-the-art Conversational AI technology.
Our global team comprises more than 70 highly qualified professionals from diverse backgrounds.
We foster an open, progressive company culture with state-of-the-art technology and flat hierarchies. At Enterprise Bot, you'll experience a unique blend of passion, ambition, challenge, and fun.
Tasks
Enterprise Bot builds agentic AI for voice, chat, email and messaging, and sells it to large enterprises in deals with long cycles, multiple stakeholders, procurement scrutiny and real compliance requirements.
Our growth constraint is not awareness. It is qualified, sales-ready pipeline in the accounts we actually want. This role owns that pipeline. You will design, run and optimise the programmes that generate and convert demand across Europe, and you will be measured on pipeline and revenue contribution rather than on lead volume.
What you'll own:
Pipeline generation
Own the demand generation strategy and quarterly pipeline targets by region and segment
Design and run integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, content syndication, SEO, email and webinars
Build and run account-based marketing programmes against a defined target account list, in tight coordination with sales
Develop the outbound support layer: sequences, content and intent-based targeting that make SDR and AE outreach land
Funnel ownership and conversion
Own the funnel end to end, from traffic and conversion through MQL, SQL, opportunity and closed-won, and diagnose where it leaks
Build and maintain lead scoring, routing and nurture flows so that sales receives genuinely qualified handoffs
Run structured experimentation on landing pages, offers, messaging and channel mix
Improve conversion rates on existing traffic before spending to increase it
Marketing operations and measurement
Own the marketing automation and CRM stack (HubSpot), including workflows, lifecycle stages, data hygiene and attribution
Build reporting that connects spend to pipeline to revenue, and report it honestly to leadership
Manage the demand generation budget with clear accountability for cost per opportunity and pipeline ROI
Website ownership
You own the website as a platform and as a conversion asset. Product Marketing owns the messaging on
core product and solution pages, and Content owns localisation into market languages.
Own the website platform and CMS, including the publishing workflow, page templates, governance and release process
Own technical SEO and site performance, including site structure, page speed, indexation, structured data and Core Web Vitals
Own site analytics and tracking, including tag management, event tracking, consent management and the attribution model
Build and optimise landing pages and campaign pages, and run continuous conversion rate optimisation across the site
Implement the information architecture and site narrative proposed by Product Marketing, and challenge it where it conflicts with conversion or search performance
Coordinate with Content on the rollout and technical implementation of localised pages, including hreflang and market-level site structure
Manage external web development or agency resource where required
Programmes and partners
Run the webinar and event programme, including field and industry events across Europe and India
Build co-marketing programmes with integrators, BPOs and technology partners
Work with Product Marketing so that campaign messaging reflects current positioning rather than drifting from it
Support product and platform launches with the demand side of the launch plan
Requirements
5+ years in demand generation, growth or performance marketing within B2B technology, SaaS or enterprise software
Track record generating pipeline for enterprise deals with long, complex sales cycles, rather than SMB or self-serve motions
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM, ideally HubSpot. You build the workflows yourself
Hands-on website ownership experience, including working directly in a CMS, and practical technical SEO capability rather than oversight of someone else doing it
Working knowledge of web analytics and tag management implementation, including event tracking and consent requirements under GDPR
Strong analytical capability across funnel diagnostics, attribution, and cohort and channel analysis
Demonstrated ABM experience against named enterprise accounts
Paid media management experience with real budget accountability
Strong written English
Comfort operating with European working hours for part of the day
Strongly preferred
Experience marketing to European enterprise buyers, particularly in financial services or insurance
Background in conversational AI, CCaaS, contact centre or enterprise automation categories
Experience running multilingual campaigns across European markets, and managing a multilingual website structure
SQL or advanced analytics capability
Experience in a company scaling from founder-led sales toward a repeatable marketing engine
How we’ll know you are the right fit
You talk in pipeline and revenue, not impressions and MQLs
You can point to specific programmes you built and the pipeline they produced
You have killed a channel that was not working, and can explain how you knew
First 90 days
Days 1 to 30: Full funnel audit complete. Baseline metrics established by channel and region. Website technical SEO and tracking audit complete, with gaps identified.
Days 31 to 60: Target account list agreed with sales. First ABM programme live. The two or three highest-potential channels prioritised and resourced.
Days 61 to 90: Repeatable campaign cadence running. Pipeline reporting live and trusted by sales leadership. A clear view of cost per opportunity by channel.
