Core focus SAP ERP and S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration, cloud, sizing, operations, resilience, and managed services. Platforms Azure, AWS, GCP, on-premises, and hybrid SAP environments. Key landscape S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Fiori, HANA, Solution Manager, SAP cloud technologies, and integrated applications. Job Summary Lead end-to-end SAP BASIS and S/4HANA technical presales, shaping secure, scalable, resilient, and commercially viable architecture across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid landscapes. Key Responsibilities Own technical presales from discovery and landscape assessment through architecture, sizing, estimation, proposal, client presentation, bid defense, negotiation support, and delivery handover. Design SAP ERP and S/4HANA target architectures, transformation of roadmaps, implementation and conversion approaches, and cloud or hybrid operating models. Lead S/4HANA readiness, system conversion, OS/DB migration, homogeneous and heterogeneous migration, DMO, installation, upgrade, patching, system copy, and cutover planning. Create SAP landscape and infrastructure designs covering compute, HANA sizing, network, storage, security, access, backup and recovery, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and performance optimization. Shape SAP workloads on Azure, AWS, and GCP, including migration strategy, resilience, platform operations, and cost-conscious architecture decisions. Provide architecture guidance across S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Fiori, HANA, Solution Manager, SAP cloud technologies, and application or data integration. Define SAP BASIS managed-services solutions including L2/L3 support, platform administration, service governance, automation, DevOps, observability, continuous improvement, and operational readiness. Develop technical solution artifacts, assumptions, dependencies, risks, effort estimates, staffing inputs, migration waves, service descriptions, and statement-of-work content. Support deal governance, and strengthen reusable standards, reference architectures, accelerators, and knowledge assets. Essential Skills Deep SAP BASIS, HANA, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, and S/4HANA technical architecture expertise. Practical experience in SAP implementation, conversion, migration, upgrades, cloud hosting, sizing, HA/DR, backup and recovery, monitoring, and performance engineering. Understanding operating systems, databases, networks, storage, cloud infrastructure, security, integration, and SAP DevOps toolchains. Strong presales capability in solution storytelling, estimation, RFP responses, architecture documentation, customer workshops, executive presentations, and technical negotiation. Ability to convert complex technical findings into pragmatic roadmaps, clear options, measurable outcomes, controlled risks, and executable delivery plans. Qualifications & Attributes Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum one end-to-end S/4HANA conversion or major SAP transformation; relevant conversion, HANA, cloud, or migration certification is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, customer engagement, and stakeholder-management skills. Self-directed, quality focused, collaborative, and able to lead cross-functional teams with limited supervision. Strong customer service orientation with commitment to service quality, continuous improvement, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
