Job Purpose:

The Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead - Finance, Controlling & Treasury (SAP FI/CO) serves as the Global SAP Finance Lead responsible for finance process ownership, SAP solution strategy, process transformation, governance, and ERP initiatives. The role acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving business transformation through SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, operational excellence, and finance best practices. 15+ years SAP experience as BA, 10+ years SAP Finance Consulting, 3+ Global Implementations,1+ SAP S/4HANA Programme.

Business Analysis & Process Consulting

Lead workshops with Finance Leadership, Controllers, Treasury, Tax, Shared Service Centres, and External Auditors.

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Conduct current-state assessments and future-state process design.

Perform fit-gap analysis and business case development.

Drive process harmonization, optimization, and standardization initiatives.

Lead solution architecture and design activities.

Develop and review functional specifications, blueprint documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, interfaces, and RICEFW objects.

Provide solution recommendations and design approvals.

Govern configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities.

SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Lead finance transformation initiatives.

Support readiness assessments, simplification reviews, migration strategy, and cutover planning.

Drive adoption of SAP best practices and fit-to-standard approaches.

Leadership & Governance

Act as Global Process Owner for assigned finance processes.

Establish governance forums, steering committees, and design authorities.

Drive policy compliance, internal controls, KPI improvements, and operating model optimization.

Lead transformation programs and organizational readiness activities.

Vendor & Partner Management

Govern AMS providers, SAP partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.

Conduct deliverable reviews, architecture reviews, SLA management, and performance assessments.

Ensure adherence to solution, documentation, and governance standards.
