Job description
Role Summary
Provide operational support for Zoom Rooms, conference rooms, boardrooms, executive offices, training rooms, MPRs, and collaboration spaces. Support managed meetings and events while ensuring room readiness.
Key Responsibilities
AV Operations
Support Zoom Rooms and conferencing systems.
Troubleshoot audio, video, display, and connectivity issues.
Perform daily room readiness checks.
Provide executive meeting support.
Managed Events
Conduct pre-event testing.
Support live meetings and town halls.
Execute run-of-show activities.
Perform post-event restoration.
Asset Management
Maintain AV inventory.
Coordinate hardware replacements and RMAs.
Track AV equipment lifecycle.
