We are especially seeking someone with a strong foundation in Generative AI someone who is excited by the possibilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and understands how to balance cutting-edge experimentation with practical implementation. Working Hours : 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 30 PM IST Work Mode : Hybrid Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications to solve complex business problems - Integrate various LLM APIs into production systems - Perform advanced text analysis using both traditional machine learning methods and modern GenAI approaches - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Stay current with the latest developments in the GenAI space and implement new techniques as appropriate - Document and communicate technical concepts to technical stakeholder - Participate in the entire machine learning lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and monitoring Requirements Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field - Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in data science or related roles Must Have Skills : - Proven expertise in developing GenAI applications and working with LLM APIs - In-depth knowledge of various LLMs and their practical applications - Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for API development and integration - Experience with traditional machine learning methods for text analysis - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience with popular LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools will be preferred - Familiarity with fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques will be preferred - Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and optimization method will be preferred - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be preferred
