Join Deloitte as a Specialist, supporting Growth Platforms operations across Sales Executive and Resell activities. In this role, you will provide hands-on operational, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder support that helps maintain pipeline accuracy, business-review readiness, and alliance go-to-market execution. You will work across planning, reporting, compliance, proposal support, and community engagement to help drive operational excellence and business growth.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating alliance community sessions, training events, core team meetings, communications, and follow-up activities
Serving as a point of contact for operational requests across Growth Platforms and support teams while managing workflows, deadlines, dependencies, and escalations
Supporting pipeline qualification, opportunity tracking, quarterly business review follow-up, and recurring Sales Executive and Resell operational activities
Maintaining alliance repositories, proposal collaboration spaces, and documentation for wins, losses, qualifications, and success stories
Preparing briefing decks, executive-quality deliverables, and reporting materials to support leadership meetings and ad hoc requests
Tracking compliance requirements and conducting research to support alliance initiatives, market analysis, competitive positioning, and pipeline qualification
Identifying opportunities to improve trackers, workflows, data quality checks, and stakeholder communications
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, alliance operations, channel operations, partner operations, or a related field
Experience with pipeline tracking, opportunity management, account operations, renewals, incentive administration, or business review support
Strong organizational, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools
Ability to validate operational information, identify data quality issues, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively with global stakeholders across time zones
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive approach to identifying risks, following up independently, and escalating issues appropriately
Preferred:
Experience supporting sales, alliance, reseller, technology partner, or professional services programs
Experience with CRM systems, Power BI, or workflow tools
