Lead Employee Experience

Presidio is looking for a Senior EX Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for employee concerns — spanning recognition, mentorship and project transitions. You will also own Presidio's employee survey programs.

You operate as a trusted, confidential presence in the organization someone employees will bring a concern to before they bring it anywhere else, and someone the business trusts to represent the employee voice without turning every issue into an escalation. The role sits at the intersection of people, data, and business context: you'll spend as much time reading survey data and spotting patterns as you will sitting across from someone working through a difficult situation.
