JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary: The Assistant Manager FP&A supports FP&A team in designing, development and implementing analytical processes and system framework that our segment uses to perform key analysis and recommendations for both short-term and long-term strategic initiatives, operational improvement projects and other business priorities.

Major Responsibilities:

Support the FP&A team in driving operational performance and achieving business objectives against established financial and operational targets.

Prepare and analyze monthly operational results, including detailed variance analysis against Plan, Forecast, Prior Year, and other key benchmarks.

Support the preparation and finalization of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), and periodic Commitments, including complex financial analyses such as Price Over Inflation (POI) impact evaluations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare monthly forecasts and actual financial results, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Support capital expenditure planning, evaluation, budgeting, and tracking of capital investment projects.

Develop and disseminate detailed financial and operational analyses, including Inflation Analysis, Material Variance Analysis, and other performance metrics across various comparisons such as Year-over-Year (YoY), AOP, Forecast, and Prior Quarter.

Prepare and support Monthly Operational Review (MOR) presentations and management reporting packages to facilitate decision-making.

Support all compliance and audit-related activities, including SOX Compliance, Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, and other reporting requirements.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

ACA (Chartered Accountant) with minimum 2 years of Post Qualification Experience.

Experience in manufacturing sector in mid/large-size Corporation (most preferred).

Most recent experience within Corporate FP&A and demonstrated evidence of understanding framework across the enterprise (preferred).

Experience with Oracle along with One Stream (preferred).
