Senior Data Operations Analyst

The primary role of the Batch Operations / Computer Operator is to manage and support automated batch processing within an enterprise job scheduler. This position is hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for monitoring end-to-end processing cycles, responding to alerts, and managing the full dynamics of a batch window—including job failures, abends, timeline pressures, and downstream impacts. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, operates with a strong sense of urgency, and is committed to meeting processing SLAs and delivering accurate, timely results.
