Server Support Engineer III

The Server Support Engineer III working under general supervision provides proactive measures to ensure system resiliency and a high standard of security, and reactive troubleshooting for problems within the server operational environment. This role is a senior role and individuals in the role will operate relatively independently with minimal oversight, solving moderate and complex technical issues with demonstrated competence.
