The Business Operations Finance role is responsible for driving financial governance, revenue assurance, profitability management, billing operations, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. The position works closely with Delivery, Sales, Practice Heads, Project Managers, and Corporate Finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, timely invoicing, strong financial controls, and informed business decision-making. Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up with internal teams and customers for overdue collections. Drive Revenue Guidance discussions and validate project revenue forecasts with Delivery and Business teams. Perform monthly revenue trend analysis and comparison against prior periods to identify variances and risks. Validate new project creation in Redmine by reviewing SOW, PO, and Cost Sheet alignment. Ensure accurate resource tagging and project setup for revenue recognition and cost allocation. Monitor PO balances and escalate potential revenue leakage or billing risks. Review COLA and other contractual adjustments impacting project profitability. Perform Fixed Price project reconciliations to ensure revenue and cost accuracy. Ensure timely submission of project invoices as per contractual milestones and billing schedules. Conduct project profitability analysis and provide insights to Delivery and Leadership teams. Reconcile MIS reports with financial records to ensure data integrity. Review and reconcile People Costs and Partner Costs for accurate margin reporting. Identify financial variances and recommend corrective actions to improve margins and profitability. Prepare and publish weekly management presentations and financial reviews for leadership. Generate and analyze Practice Reports, Delivery Reports, and Business Unit performance reports. Prepare Onsite GM reports for US and Middle East operations. Support management decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting. Accurate project setup and financial governance. Timely completion of monthly reconciliations and profitability reviews. Reliable MIS and management reporting with actionable business insights. Strong compliance adherence with minimal audit observations. Enhanced visibility into project margins, revenue trends, and financial performance. Support internal and external audit requirements through timely documentation and reconciliations.
