Sr. Accounts Specialist – QBO and QBD Hyderabad / Vizag - WFO FTE Night Shift – 6pm to 3am. Qualification: B.Com./M.Com./CA/ICWAI/MBA Finance Job Details: We are looking to hire Sr. Accounting Specialists who have experience on QBO and QBD. For this current need we are looking for people who are experienced in performing the following: Candidates should be flexible to perform multiple different tasks. Many tasks will be repetitive, but will still require a level of intellectual curiosity and ownership to find the right answers and solutions. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other accounting modules Expense Allocations: prepare and appropriately allocate expenses across dozens of entities. QuickBooks entries for multi-class entity Portfolio company invoicing on quarterly basis Balance reconciliation on quarterly basis Bank reconciliations Roll forward and prepare excel valuation models and update financial metric data from our portfolio monitoring software. Investor reporting accuracy/completeness checks Document retention reviews Investor Portal data reviews for completeness and accuracy Financial statement internal consistency checks Candidates should be proficient in QuickBooks Online, Desktop Candidates should have good communication skills Candidates must be open to learn and work on other Accounting ERPs as required. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 8+ years of accounting experience, with strong hands-on QuickBooks knowledge 4+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop versions Solid understanding of GAAP and financial principles Experience with Bank Reconciliations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
