Job Description: Job Description Role Summary Senior pre-sales consultant responsible for solutioning, architecture, and technical win strategy for ServiceNow Workflows. The role involves client-facing solution consulting, AI-enabled workflow positioning, and proposal support across large enterprise pursuits. ͏ Key Responsibilities • Lead ServiceNow pre-sales engagements including discovery, solution design, estimations, and proposals • Architect end-to-end solutions for ServiceNow Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, Platform) • Articulate business value, ROI, and differentiation to enterprise customers • Support RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, demos, and executive presentations • Mentor junior pre-sales and contribute to reusable solution assets AI & Innovation Focus • Strong understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI, and Agentic AI • Ability to design and position AI-enabled workflow solutions with governance, privacy, and optimization considerations Experience 15+ years of overall IT experience , with at least 10+ years working on ServiceNow . Proven experience in a pre‑sales / solution consulting / technical sales role within a system integrator or service provider. Strong track record of supporting large, complex enterprise deals . Required Skills & Certifications Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations Strong hands‑on and architectural knowledge across Technology Workflows. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills ServiceNow CSA – Mandatory CIS (ITSM / ITOM / Platform) – At least 1 Mandatory Candidate Profile Strategic, customer-focused pre-sales professional with strong architectural depth, deal-shaping experience, and passion for ServiceNow innovation. ͏ ͏ ͏ Reinvent your world.
