Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Your Role

Provide 24x7 Production & Application Support

Manage critical incidents, RCA, and SLA adherence

Support Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, and Big Data platforms

Monitor deployments, batch jobs, and data pipelines

Handle ServiceNow, Change, Incident & Problem Management

Support Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure environments

Coordinate with L3/L4 teams for issue resolution

Your Profile

Strong experience in Production Support/Application Support

Hands-on with Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka)

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure

Experience with Splunk, ELK, Grafana, and monitoring tools

Proficient in Python, Shell Scripting, and Linux

Familiar with ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes

Banking/Capital Markets domain experience preferred
