PLCM management along with profitability Lead product development - First point of contact for cross-functional requests B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical) with Min. 5+ years of relevant experience in product development or R&D in Suspension System Good knowledge of Product (Suspension) relevant standards for India Good knowledge on various quality standards. Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA Proficient in communication and presentation skills Knowledge of Indian aftermarket for suspension parts Master’s degree Connected to Suspensions or MBA Marketing Knowledge of VDA6.3 OR IATF16949 Knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology Preferable knowhow of HCV & 2W suspensions Willingness to travel Experience of working in CFT Proficient in communication and presentation skills .
