AR Accounting Specialist - QBD

AR Specialist - QBD Hyderabad / Vizag - WFO Full Time 6+ years US Shift: 7 pm - 4 am IST Details: QBD Experience 70% email and 30% Phone Calls – speaking with customers to request payment. Bonus: if they are familiar with AR apps They currently use a tool called Stoot. It is a dashboard for AR/billables and helps the user with tasks and deliverables. It has an ai component, so it sounds pretty cool to use! The biggest Requirement is English Communication/Etiquette Their current AR specialist has gotten complaints about being rude. They need someone who is more graceful/tactful about doing this role. Communication needs to be excellent. So I will be required to screen any AR Specialist candidates before going to client.
