SOFTWARE ENGINEER – VISTEX

As a Software Engineer – Vistex, you will be responsible for the functional design, configuration, and support of SAP Vistex solutions supporting pricing, rebates, incentives, claims, and chargeback processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Vistex configurations and functional solutions. This role focuses on understanding end‑to‑end business processes, driving functional solution design, supporting implementations and enhancements, and ensuring stable operations of Vistex applications across enterprise systems Delivery and Execution • Gather and analyze business requirements related to pricing, rebates, incentives, claims, and chargebacks • Design and configure SAP Vistex functional solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements • Collaborate with technical teams to support solution build, testing, and deployment • Support system testing, UAT coordination, defect triage, and issue resolution • Provide functional inputs for enhancements, roll outs, and production support activities • Perform root‑cause analysis for functional issues and propose sustainable solutions Support and Enablement • Prepare and maintain functional documentation including requirements, configurations, and user procedures • Provide functional support and guidance to business users during day‑to‑day operations • Coordinate with SAP SD, FI, MM, and reporting teams to ensure smooth integration • Participate in design reviews, solution walkthroughs, and knowledge‑sharing sessions • Stay updated on Vistex functional features, releases, and best practice Requirements Education and Certifications • Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems or a related field from a recognized institution • S/4 HANA and Vistex functional certification will be an added advantage Required Experience • 1–4 years of experience in SAP Vistex functional roles or SAP pricing/rebates‑related support • Hands‑on experience with Vistex modules such as Pricing, Rebates, Incentives, Agreements, Claims, or Chargebacks HD Supply Private and Confidential Page 2 • Exposure to business processes within Sales, Pricing, Agreements, and Settlement cycles Desired skills • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models • Ability to prepare functional documentation such as process flows, configuration documents, and user guides • Exposure to global or enterprise‑scale SAP environments Benefits What we offer: Be part of a globally recognized leader in the home improvement sector, committed to operational excellence and sustainability Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding Global Capability Center (GTC) in Chennai, playing a vital role in global operations Exposure to diverse global technology environment and cross-functional team collaborations Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits Clear pathways for career advancement and continuous learning opportunities within a high performance organization
