Join Deloitte’s Total Rewards team as a Specialist, Rewards and Well-Being, supporting the administration and operation of the firm’s health and welfare programs. In this role, you will help manage program workflows, compliance activities, vendor escalations, systems testing, reporting, and special projects. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely benefits support and identify opportunities to strengthen processes.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Rewards and Well-Being on the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for:

Support day-to-day administration and operational processes for Deloitte’s health and welfare programs.

Coordinate benefit verification and plan document requests with the Office of General Counsel and internal stakeholders.

Assist with the implementation of new plans, program changes, acquisition reviews, and onboarding activities.

Support Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance activities, including preparation of reports and filings for federal and state agencies.

Coordinate benefits case escalations with vendors and employees and support the Contact Center and other internal teams.

Test systems and interfaces; perform reconciliations; prepare reports, analyses, and industry survey responses; and recommend process improvements.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of benefits administration experience.

Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

Experience preparing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience analyzing data in Microsoft Excel.

Experience preparing written benefits communications and delivering verbal program updates to employees, vendors, or internal stakeholders.

Experience handling confidential employee benefits information.

Experience collaborating with virtual or geographically distributed teams.

Experience coordinating multiple work deliverables against established deadlines.
