Technical Engineering Manager - Salesforce

This role offers the opportunity to lead distributed Salesforce engineering teams delivering complex, business-critical solutions.

You will provide both technical direction and people leadership across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud initiatives.

The position combines strategic planning with hands-on engagement in architecture, scalability, performance, security, and integrations.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Quality, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

A key part of the role is developing engineering talent through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and career planning.

You will also shape engineering processes, KPIs, roadmaps, budgets, and long-term technology strategies.
