Tech Lead- Engineering

Key Skills & Experience Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and JavaScript development. Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js. Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs, microservices-based architectures, and scalable enterprise applications. Strong expertise in database management, data modelling, SQL query development, and query optimization. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and application scalability principles. Strong experience in performance tuning, production support, debugging, and root cause analysis for enterprise applications. Ability to lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and drive sound architectural decisions. Proven experience in mentoring and guiding engineers, while promoting technical excellence and engineering best practices. Hands-on experience with Jira for requirement tracking, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile project execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality solutions within timelines. Self-motivated, with a structured, analytical, and logical approach to problem-solving, particularly in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Requirements Additional / Preferred Skills Exposure to Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Experience working with Linux environments and shell scripting. Experience working in Scrum-based Agile environments. Exposure to application monitoring, logging, and observability tools. Knowledge of performance optimization and application security best practices. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas and functions. Experience in the Financial Services, FinTech, or Enterprise Software domain.
