Staff Software Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Software Engineer based in India.

This is a high-ownership engineering role for an experienced software professional joining a small, technically ambitious team. You will take complex and ambiguous problems from initial exploration through architecture, implementation, production, and continuous improvement. The role is primarily backend-focused while offering broad exposure across frontend, infrastructure, data systems, AI, and LLM integrations. You will have significant influence over product architecture, engineering practices, internal tooling, and technical culture.
