Role Responsibilities • Handle generated leads & customer follow-ups • Understand customer requirements • Arrange and accompany customers for site visits • Present projects, pricing & investment opportunities • Negotiate with customers and drive closures • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead → site visit → negotiation → closure ? INCENTIVES & GROWTH ? Monthly + Quarterly Incentives ? Incentives linked to deals & revenue performance ? Target opportunity of 3 deals / month & quarterly performance ? Strong earning potential for performers ?
