Job Description: Work closely with clients to understand IAM requirements and translate them into operational support strategies. Provide advisory input on IAM best practices and compliance alignment. Handle L2 and L3 level incidents and service requests for SailPoint IDN/ISC and MS Identity Services. Provide 24x7 support for P1 and P2 issues, including weekend coverage. Troubleshoot complex identity lifecycle, provisioning, and access governance issues. Understanding and good hands on in application onboarding, provisioning workflows, access reviews, and connector configurations. Support customization of quick links, reports, and workflows. Good experience in develop and maintain SailPoint connectors (OOTB and custom). Administer MS Identity Services, ensuring integration with SailPoint and other IAM tools. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to strengthen IAM adoption. Document operational procedures and share best practices. Stay updated with SailPoint and Microsoft product enhancements, industry trends, and security threats. Recommend improvements to IAM processes and automation roadmaps. Assist customers in achieving compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards. Implement proactive monitoring and reporting solutions to identify and mitigate risks. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IDN, ISC, and MS Identity Services in a managed services environment. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, governance frameworks, and privileged access management (PAM). Experience with application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access reviews. Proficiency in connector development and customization (Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, XML). Familiarity with other IAM tools (Okta, Saviynt, ForgeRock/PingID). Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global support model.
