About the Role
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET Core
Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions that power critical business operations
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design and scalability planning
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
Integrate applications with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP for hosting and managed services
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, reliability, and security
Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams — including product owners, QA, and fellow engineers — to deliver high-quality software solutions
Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements to existing systems
Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies as an active and engaged team member
About You
Minimum Qualifications
2–5 years of professional experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies
Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including database design and query optimization
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
Solid understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization principles
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based delivery cycles
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
Exposure to event-driven architectures or messaging systems like Kafka
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with monitoring and observability tools for application health and performance
Prior experience working in a product engineering environment with cross-functional teams
Curiosity about AI/ML technologies and a willingness to explore how they can enhance engineering workflows
