Job description
Join the Salesforce Support team as a Specialist, Technical Project and Program Management. In this role, you will administer Salesforce, manage user-support and enhancement workflows, maintain data quality, and coordinate testing and releases. You will partner with business users and technical teams to translate business needs into platform improvements, reporting, dashboards, and training materials.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Technical Project and Program Management on the Salesforce Support team, you will be responsible for:
Administer Salesforce user access, licenses, permissions, and assets; maintain account, opportunity, contact, lead, and campaign data.
Triage and resolve Salesforce support requests, document activities through closure, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, data-quality controls, and process documentation; perform mass data updates and data cleansing using Salesforce tools.
Coordinate enhancement requests, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and change-management activities with business users, project leads, and technical teams.
Gather business requirements, provide Salesforce user training, identify process-automation opportunities, and support service-level agreement delivery.
The team
The Internal Client Services team provides operational, technology, and business support across the organization. The Salesforce Support team works with business users and technology partners to maintain user access, data quality, reporting, platform enhancements, and user adoption. The team delivers reliable, documented service through defined support, data-protection, and change-management processes.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
4-6 years of Salesforce administration experience
Experience administering Salesforce users, licenses, permission access, and data objects
Experience maintaining Salesforce accounts, opportunities, contacts, leads, campaigns, reports, and dashboards
Experience using Salesforce Data Loader for mass data updates and data-cleansing activities
Experience conducting user acceptance testing and coordinating system enhancements, upgrades, or change-management activities
Experience preparing process documentation and resolving Salesforce support requests against defined service-level agreements
Preferred:
Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
Experience using ServiceNow to triage and fulfill user-support requests
Experience supporting a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for users across multiple time zones
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, or data-quality reviews
Experience using marketing-automation tools
Experience identifying or implementing process automation in a CRM platform
