Responsibility to ensure quality products as per requirements

Reduce generation of defects during production

Participate & support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities.

To ensure the quality of product during in-process

Responsible for the timely movement of the material through SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)

Responsible for the verification of the actions initiated in-Process

Responsible for the containment actions

Full time Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical

Train the operators and inspectors in case of customer complaints

Knowledge of the instruments use and handling

Responsible for the First Piece Inspection (FPI) and Last Piece Inspection (LPI), Patrolling Inspection

Knowledge of the manufacturing process and able to read Engineering Drawing

Basic computer knowledge and well Versed with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) - Able to operate and data entry related to manufacturing

Should have good communication and written skills
