Services Support Associate I, US Payroll

Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate I, Payroll on the Payroll Processing team, you will be responsible for:
Maintain employee records in the Payroll Dashboard, including onboarding-date and other employee life-cycle changes.
Coordinate onboarding updates, transfers, separations, salary continuations, loan and reimbursement recoveries, and full-and-final settlements.
Support headcount reconciliations, payroll processing, annual compensation-load activities, and management information system (MIS) reporting.
Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and Human Resources (HR) stakeholders regarding standard payroll transactions and terminology.
Partner with HR Operations, General Ledger Accounting, and File Transfer Protocol (FTP)/Payroll teams to complete scheduled activities, identify data exceptions, validate calculations, and protect personally identifiable information (PII).
The team
The Payroll Processing team supports accurate and timely U.S. payroll operations and employee life-cycle transactions. The team partners with Human Resources, Finance, and payroll stakeholders to maintain employee data, resolve payroll inquiries, and complete scheduled payroll activities. Team members work in a deadline-driven environment that emphasizes data accuracy, privacy, and internal controls.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in payroll processing, accounting, Human Resources operations, or employee-data administration.
Coursework or professional experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
Coursework, training, or professional experience using SAP Human Resources systems or accounting software.
Coursework or professional experience in payroll transactions, payroll analysis, or management reporting.
Coursework or professional experience applying financial policies, internal controls, and data-privacy procedures to employee or financial information.
Typing speed of 45–50 words per minute and data-entry speed of 7,000 keystrokes per hour with an error rate of 5% or less.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience supporting employee life-cycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, separations, and final settlements.
Experience processing employee loan or reimbursement recoveries.
