Our products span clinical workflows, AI-powered documentation, digital health records, and developer infrastructure — used every day by doctors, healthcare providers, and patients. You'll work alongside product, engineering, business, and healthcare teams solving real problems at national scale. The Role You'll join our HR team and own pieces of the hiring process — across both IT and Non-IT roles. Expect real recruiter work from week one: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and reporting. Best suited to someone pursuing or just finishing an MBA in HR who wants hands-on Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-moving startup.

What You'll Do

Support end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels Screen profiles against role requirements and run first-round candidate conversations Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Keep candidates warm and informed through every stage Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles and what "good" looks like Work hands-on with our ATS — move candidates through stages, keep data clean, and pull hiring reports Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining engagement Pitch in on other recruitment and people initiatives

What We're Looking For

Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, preferably in HR Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition Clear verbal and written communication Working understanding of how recruitment operates Comfortable coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment Available to join immediately Bonus points for Prior HR or recruitment internship experience Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Any prior exposure to an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
