Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent). MBA/PGDM in Business / Marketing / Finance / Operations preferred. 4-8 years of experience in automotive industry & sales/ controlling function 2-4 years of experience in working for automotive projects (desirable) 2-4 years of experience in technical pre-selling, innovation, commercial & customer strategy management. Knowledge: Advance knowledge & understanding of Powertrain, Assistance (Braking systems), Electrification & Connectivity domain product & technologies of the automotive industry and upcoming market trends. Competent in technical sales with knowledge of automotive industries & products. Advance skill & user of Microsoft Office tools with novice understanding of ERP tools / systems. Advance knowledge of sales process, product development, commercial & supply chain management (Desirable) Functional Skills: Effective communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Advance analytical skills with the efficient timeline management & problem-solving skills. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (internal & external stakeholders).
