UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform complex Web3 workflows into simple, intuitive, and visually compelling product experiences.

You will work closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and other designers to design end-to-end product experiences — from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.

This is a highly collaborative role with significant ownership and the opportunity to directly influence the product direction.

🧩 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences across:
• Web applications
• Mobile applications
• Chrome / browser extensions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Translate complex Web3 concepts and technical workflows into simple user experiences
• Design key product flows including:
• Wallet connection
• Asset selection
• Token swaps
• Transaction confirmation
• Cross-chain transactions
• Transaction status tracking
• Error handling and recovery
• Create and maintain a consistent Design System across products and platforms
• Establish reusable components, patterns, and UI guidelines
• Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile engineers to ensure accurate implementation
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand technical constraints and develop practical design solutions
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on user feedback and product data
• Participate in product discussions and contribute design perspectives to product decisions
• Maintain high standards for visual quality, usability, accessibility, and consistency

🧠 REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital product design
• Strong understanding of:
• User Experience Design
• User Interface Design
• Interaction Design
• Information Architecture
• Design Systems
• Excellent proficiency with Figma
• Ability to create:
• User flows
• Wireframes
• High-fidelity mockups
• Interactive prototypes
• Design specifications
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile UI patterns
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical team members
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

🌐 WEB3 / CRYPTO EXPERIENCE

Experience designing Web3, Crypto, DeFi, FinTech, or Wallet products is highly preferred.

You should have a good understanding of concepts such as:

• Cryptocurrency wallets
• Wallet connection
• Token swaps
• Blockchain transactions
• Gas fees
• Transaction signing
• Cross-chain transactions
• Transaction status and confirmations

You don’t need to be a blockchain developer, but you should be comfortable understanding how Web3 products work and translating technical concepts into simple user experiences.

➕ NICE TO HAVE

• Experience designing Web3 / DeFi / Crypto products
• Experience designing wallet products or trading platforms
• Experience with browser extensions
• Experience with mobile application design
• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as:
• React
• React Native
• HTML / CSS
• Familiarity with developer handoff workflows
• Experience with usability testing and user research
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design

🎨 DESIGN TOOLS

Strong experience with the following is preferred:

• Figma
• FigJam
• Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
• Prototyping and interaction design tools
