Editorial Reviewer (Publication Support Services)

We are currently looking for experts who can critically evaluate assessments of manuscripts and ensure that the assessments meet client expectations and help the client’s editorial teams determine the next steps for the manuscripts. Job Responsibilities Ensuring the peer reviewer has provided the right and complete deliverables, and all processes have been completed per expectations Reviewing the peer review comments to ensure clarity, accuracy, completeness, and constructiveness for the journal and the author. Any gaps found will have to be addressed per the prescribed protocol. Staying up to date with the client and industry requirements and adapting your working approach accordingly Meeting all client deadlines without compromises on quality or process. Providing feedback to the peer reviewers in an objective, actionable, and constructive manner. Qualifications and Prerequisites At least a PhD degree in one of the specialized subject areas mentioned below (mandatory): Medicine Life Sciences Economics Sociology Political Science Computer Science Geology/Geo-engineering Razor-sharp attention to detail and critical thinking analysis (mandatory) Strong customer mindset and willingness to learn and adapt (mandatory) Clear and robust communication skills (mandatory) Prior experience with publishing a manuscript (preferred) Benefits of this Role Flexibility.
