Branch Manager

Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience in branch management roles within the financial services sector, preferably in gold loans. Strong understanding of gold loans, deposits, debentures, and insurance products. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets. Sound knowledge of NPA management and risk mitigation.
