Test Lead - API Automation

Required Skills Seeking an experienced QA Lead (Hybrid Manual & Automation) with 10-12 years of strong expertise in functional testing, test management, and automation to lead end-to-end QA delivery in an Agile environment. Strong experience in manual/functional testing and QA leadership. Excellent analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on automation experience using Selenium,Python,Page Object Model, and C# and Scriptless Framework Ability to operate as a hybrid QA resource, balancing test leadership with hands-on manual and automation testing. Preferred Skills Experience leveraging GenAI in software testing, including test case generation, test design optimization, defect analysis, and productivity acceleration. Familiarity with AI agents and AI-assisted testing tools/workflows. Ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven quality engineering improvements
