This role leverages advanced process mining methodologies and tooling to analyze how business processes truly execute — not just how they are designed — and translates those insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients. The Senior Consultant works closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, mentors junior consultants, and ensures that every engagement delivers high-quality, insight-led outcomes on time and within scope.
