Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and audit-ready records. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate recording. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/Ind AS) and regulatory requirements. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other financial tools to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends. Maintain organized digital and physical records for financial transactions and audit trails. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CPA, or equivalent certification is preferred. 4–5 years of progressive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated experience in general ledger management and financial statement preparation. Proven ability in bank reconciliation and account analysis. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Solid understanding of auditing principles and internal controls. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with investment accounting and related reporting is a plus.
