Job description
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director, Learning Product Development to lead a global organization of learning designers and drive the development of scalable, AI-led learning solutions.
In this leadership role, you will define and execute learning strategies aligned with product roadmaps and release cycles, delivering high-quality learning experiences for customers, partners, and employees. You will oversee learning solutions across multiple modalities, including self-paced learning, microlearning, blended learning, and instructor-led training (ILT).
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in instructional design and learning product development with strong organizational leadership, AI transformation, portfolio management, data-driven decision-making, and executive stakeholder engagement.
