US IT/Non-IT Recruiter

Position : US IT/Non-IT Recruiter Location: Noida Experience: 2–4 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across US time zones. Role: Handle end-to-end US IT & Non-IT recruitment. Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases. Screen candidates and assess skills, communication, and work authorization. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage closures. Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM. Work with clients/account managers across US time zones. Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures. Requirements: 2–4 years of US IT/Non-IT recruitment experience. MBA mandatory. SaaS/B2B recruitment experience required. Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 and US visa types. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job portals.
