Key Responsibilities
Customize and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and external applications.
Configure objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and business processes.
Ensure data quality, security, and platform performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
Support GDPR, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
4-6 years of Salesforce development experience.
Mandatory experience with Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
Required Skills
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.
Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Data Loader, Workbench, and VS Code.
Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
