Job Title: Shift In-Charge

Location: Badli, Jhajjar (Haryana)

Shift: Rotational Shift

We are looking for a Warehouse Shift In-Charge to manage day-to-day warehouse activities during the assigned shift. The role will be responsible for smooth inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, stock management, team supervision, and compliance with warehouse SOPs .

Warehouse Operations

Supervise receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time as per customer SLAs.

Monitor daily inbound and outbound volumes.

Ensure warehouse activities are completed according to SOPs and quality standards.

Inventory & Stock Management

Manage inventory of fruits, vegetables, grocery items, and chilled products.

Maintain accurate daily stock records.

Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve inventory differences on the same day.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO processes are followed.

Monitor expiry dates, shelf life, damaged stock, and expired items to minimize losses.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain inventory and operational data in Quip and Google Sheets .

Prepare and maintain shift-wise operational records.

Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and other teams to resolve operational issues.

Supervise the team and ensure smooth shift operations.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Experience in FMCG, grocery, fresh produce, or food warehousing preferred.

Good understanding of inventory management, cycle counting, FIFO, and FEFO .

Basic knowledge of warehouse/inventory systems and reporting tools.

Good team supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills .

Comfortable working in shifts and managing day-to-day warehouse operations.

Ideal Candidate

Someone with hands-on warehouse experience who can independently manage a shift, supervise warehouse teams, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure timely inbound and outbound operations.
