Service Delivery Enablement, Senior-EMEA GES-Global Mobility/Expatriate Management-Hyderabad

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”) supports Deloitte Tax U.S. service lines through aligned professionals who deliver services to clients across global tax and mobility programs. We are seeking a Service Delivery Enablement, Senior to support global mobility managed services activities, including assignee lifecycle coordination, assignment documentation, reporting, and stakeholder support. This role requires experience in global mobility operations, strong execution discipline, and the ability to manage deliverables across internal teams, client contacts, and Deloitte member firms.

As a Service Delivery Enablement, Senior on the USI EMEA GES core Global Mobility Managed services team, you will be responsible for…

Serve as a primary contact for human resources teams and international assignees throughout the expatriate assignment lifecycle.

Review assignment documentation, including assignment letters, balance sheets, and cost projections, for accuracy and completeness.

Conduct assignment briefings and support mobility-related communications with stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional services and collaborate with Deloitte member firms and vendors to support client deliverables.

Support reporting, dashboard preparation, training coordination, and issue resolution to help meet engagement deadlines.

Review vendor management and invoicing processes and assist team members with questions, reviews, and day-to-day execution support.

The team

You will be a member of the USI EMEA GES core Global Mobility Managed services team for Tax Practice, which focuses on assisting clients with multiple aspects of Global Mobility such as Vendor invoice reviews, assignment letters prep, cost projections, etc.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Required:

5-8 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or global mobility managed services

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, economics, cultural studies, or a related field

Experience supporting global mobility human resources project work

Experience reviewing assignment letters, balance sheets, cost projections, or vendor invoices

Experience coordinating with global stakeholders, client teams, or cross-functional service teams

Experience using Microsoft Office for reporting, analysis, and dashboard preparation

Experience coaching or supporting team members in delivery execution

Preferred:

Experience with Equus AssignmentPro

German language proficiency

Experience working in a Big 4, business process outsourcing, or shared services environment
