Bosch Home Comfort India Ltd. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Analytics & Reporting Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports covering key metrics such as: Headcount, attrition, retention Hiring, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire Performance, engagement, learning effectiveness Diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) Perform trend analysis, predictive analytics, and workforce modeling to support strategic workforce planning. Translate complex HR data into clear insights, narratives, and executive-ready presentations. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR systems. Partner with HR stakeholders to define KPIs aligned to business goals. Automate recurring HR reports to improve efficiency. 2. HR Project Management Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, including: HR digital transformation initiatives Process improvement and standardization Policy rollout and change management Implementation or enhancement of HR systems (HRMS, ATS, LMS, Performance tools) Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependency matrices. Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR COEs, IT, Finance, and external vendors. Track milestones, risks, issues, and benefits realization. Prepare project governance updates for senior leadership and steering committees. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. 3. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on analytics findings and project execution. Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions. Communicate progress, insights, and impact in a structured and persuasive manner. Support change management through training, documentation, and communication plans. 4. Process Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using data, automation, and analytics. Leverage digital tools, AI/ML insights (where applicable), and best practices. Establish and continuously improve HR analytics frameworks and project management standards. Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources Business Administration Analytics / Statistics Engineering / Management Postgraduate degree or certification (MBA / PGDM / Analytics / PM) is preferred. HR Analytics, People Analytics, or MIS HR Project or Program Management Technical & Functional Skills HR Analytics Skills Strong proficiency in: Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables) Power BI / Tableau / other BI tools Experience with HR systems such as: SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent Basic understanding of statistics and predictive modeling is an advantage. Ability to build KPIs and metrics aligned to business needs.
