Job Title: Senior MSBI Developer Location: CUSTOMER-Bengaluru-Bengaluru Years of Experience: -10+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MSBI Developer with extensive experience in Azure Power BI and MSBI development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business needs.
Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions using Azure Power BI and MSBI tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards in Azure Power BI. Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics. Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Azure Power BI is a deal breaker. Proficient in MSBI tools including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL for data manipulation and querying. Ability to create complex DAX queries and measures in Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database. Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. Knowledge of data visualization best practices. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence development, with a focus on Azure Power BI and MSBI. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
