We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dedicated team in Steel team.

Job Responsibilities:

Requires strong experience with Structural Steel Detailing & Designing work

Serve as a key contributor during the strategic planning phase of upcoming packages & projects, providing insights and support to ensure successful project execution

Assist the Project Manager with the daily coordination and management of projects and staff to ensure quality standards, client expectations, and project schedules are consistently met

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates directly to the Project Manager

Identify and resolve project-related issues while recommending process improvements to enhance overall project performance

Organize, maintain, and manage all current project documentation and records in an accurate and efficient manner

Enter, update, and maintain information within digital project databases and management systems

Support the coordination and oversight of projects from initial planning through final completion

Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and design change summaries throughout the project lifecycle

Should be able to manage the project independently in PM's absence

Under Grad: B. Tech/B.E. - Civil, Mechanical

Diploma: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, PG Diploma - Any Specialization, Civil, Mechanical

7+ Years of experience in the Steel Detailing industry willing to consider candidates who can demonstrate significant experience in a related field

Advanced level of knowledge of Tekla Structures

Must have strong knowledge of AISC & CISC Standards

Considerable proficiency and experience in working on US commercial Projects

Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel construction, fabrication, and the ability to read drawings

Proven project management and coordination skills

Self-motivated and ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal guidance

Deadline-driven with attention to detail

Must have 5+ years’ experience in AISC / CISC Projects

Must have good communication skills. (Written & spoken)

Must have good experience in Model Checking & Erection Checking
