Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify AI transformation opportunities. Design end-to-end Agentic AI solutions using modern multi-agent architectures. Lead solution discovery workshops and define enterprise AI roadmaps. Architect scalable AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, and business processes. Deploy production-ready AI applications while ensuring security, governance, scalability, and reliability. Guide customers through implementation, adoption, and long-term success. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to influence product evolution. Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise AI strategy and best practices. Essential Qualifications 10+ years of overall experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Technology Consulting. Proven experience delivering 0-to-1 products, platforms, or AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions in production. Experience designing and deploying Multi-Agent Systems, AI workflows, and enterprise AI applications. Strong background in enterprise integrations, APIs, data architecture, and workflow orchestration. Experience working directly with customers, leading discovery workshops, solution design, implementation, and adoption initiatives. Exposure to frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Agentforce, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms. Understanding of MCP, A2A protocols, AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices. Preferred experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, ServiceNow, CRM, Field Service, or Customer Support platforms Technical Expertise Experience with one or more of the following: LangGraph CrewAI AutoGen Semantic Kernel OpenAI Agents SDK Salesforce Agentforce Other enterprise Agentic AI frameworks Knowledge of: MCP (Model Context Protocol) A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication AI governance and guardrails Responsible AI practices LLM orchestration and evaluation Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
