About Diana Health

Diana Health is a network of modern women’s health practices working in partnership with hospitals to reimagine the maternity and women’s healthcare experience. We are restructuring the traditional approach to care to create an experience that is good for patients and good for providers. We do that by combining a tech-enabled, wellness-focused care program that women love with a clinical system that helps us drive continuous quality improvement and ensure work-life balance for our care team. We work with clients across all life stages to empower and support them to live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives.

With strong collaborative care teams; passionate administrators and a significant investment in operational support, Diana Health employees are well-supported to bring their very best to the work they love. Come join us!

Role Description

You will be the day-to-day owner of a multi-year, state-administered grant that extends our care model across rural Tennessee through workforce development, patient engagement, and digital enablement. You will keep a large, cross-functional effort organized, on schedule, and audit-ready, and you will make it easy for clinical, operational, product, and finance teammates to do their best work. You will report to the VP of Finance and partner closely with Operations, Finance, Product, Analytics, and our clinical quality leaders.

What You Will Do

Grant management and compliance

Own the master workplan, deliverables calendar, and reporting calendar across all 3 program pillars, and keep milestones on track

Prepare and submit progress reports, reimbursement requests, and supporting documentation in partnership with Finance and Analytics

Maintain audit-ready records and track allowable costs, effort allocations, and documentation in line with grant terms and 2 CFR Part 200 cost principles

Serve as the day-to-day contact for the funder's program staff and manage budget modification requests and amendments

Monitor spending against the approved budget and flag variances early

Cross-functional coordination

Run the grant operating rhythm: weekly working sessions, monthly leadership updates, and quarterly reviews

Facilitate communication across clinical, recruiting, training, marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams

Surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed so leaders can act quickly

Clinical quality partnership

Work with clinical quality leaders (VP of Clinical Operations, Regional Clinical Director, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Clinical Officer) to organize priorities across quality improvement projects, TIPQC participation, and quarterly clinical governance reviews

Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and track action items through completion

Training and onboarding coordination

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for provider and staff trainings, learning management system rollouts, and simulation drills with hospital partners

Track completion data so training outputs are ready for grant reporting

Measurement and reporting

Partner with Analytics to keep metric definitions, data collection, and quarterly reporting consistent with our logic model

You Are

A detail-oriented organizer who stays calm while juggling many moving pieces

A clear, warm communicator who builds trust with clinicians, operators, and funders

Someone who follows through, documents decisions, and closes loops

Energized by improving process and learning new tools

Motivated by better outcomes for mothers and babies
