As a Growth Operations Manager, you will oversee and execute growth initiatives for an AI-focused venture studio and business-building organization, starting with a venture in the manufacturing and supply chain sector. You will coordinate a lean, India-based team covering content, research, marketing, and creative production while ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery. The role combines hands-on growth marketing with team leadership, CRM management, and data-driven campaign optimization. You will drive demand generation, strengthen the sales pipeline, and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and performance. Working closely with international leadership and creative stakeholders, you will introduce AI-powered workflows and automation to maximize team productivity.
