MES Technical Architect

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 10–12 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES Technical Architect with strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), .NET technologies, Oracle databases, API-led integrations, and shopfloor connectivity. The role involves architecting scalable MES solutions and leading end-to-end manufacturing digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define MES architecture, technical standards, and development guidelines.
  • Design and implement solutions using .NET/.NET Core, Oracle, REST APIs, GraphQL, Entity Framework, and IBM MQ.
  • Lead MES capabilities including Production Execution, Quality Management, Traceability, Genealogy, and Order Management.
  • Architect integrations between MES, SAP/ERP, WMS, QMS, PLCs, SCADA, Historians, and third-party systems.
  • Implement event-driven and microservices-based integration architectures.
  • Lead performance tuning, code reviews, deployment, SIT/UAT, and production support activities.
  • Mentor development teams and drive DevOps and architecture governance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–12 years of experience in MES solution architecture and manufacturing systems.
  • Strong expertise in C# .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Oracle (PL/SQL), Entity Framework, IBM MQ, GraphQL, REST APIs, and Microservices.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, secure coding, and design patterns.
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, Redis, and leading MES platforms (Apriso, Opcenter, TrakSYS, Critical Manufacturing) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Production Execution, Track & Trace, Quality Management, Inventory Tracking, and Automotive Manufacturing processes.
