WE’RE HIRING | FACILITY MANAGER Position: Facility Manager – Residential Apartments Location: Chennai Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of experience in Residential Apartments with Technical & Soft Services Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Salary: Based on Experience & Performance Key Roles & Responsibilities Manage overall facility operations of residential apartments. Handle and monitor Technical & Soft Services. Manage site staff, manpower, and daily operations. Coordinate with residents, association members, and clients. Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and safety services. Handle complaints, escalations, and emergency situations. Manage vendors, contractors, and AMC services. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Monitor service performance and operational expenses. Prepare daily/monthly MIS and operational reports.
